Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Use a trackable shipping method, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. -
Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed.
4. Refund Options
You may choose one of the following options for your refund:
